It can be tough these days to lose weight on a tight budget! Especially when you are trying to lose weight,  let’s face it, health foods are always more expensive than junk food which doesn’t exactly motivate you to keep up your diet.

Ask yourself,  how many calories do you spend dinning out every week?  People are known to eat twice as many calories when eating out as when making a meal themselves.  This is a great starting point to save you money and calories.

When you make a dish yourself you know exactly what’s in it and by cutting back on going out to eat you will save tons of money that can later be spent on health foods from the grocery store.
